The purpose of mentoring programs is to facilitate knowledge sharing and help create a culture where everyone feels they have a support network for growth and connection. These programs are intended to help participants change the course of their lives by connecting them with someone who has “been there, done that” — and is more than happy to share some insights on how to get through life.
The objective of the Ambuja Neotia Mentoring Programme is to foster a mutually beneficial relationship between a mentor and mentee, to positively impact overall performance and leadership development. Mentors have been mapped to mentees from a different department, not line reporting. This will help the organisation to promote inter-departmental understanding, exchange different perspectives, and address unconscious biases.
