Overview
With an intent to reach out to the largest number of people possible, Ambuja Neotia Healthcare Venture Limited, a Public Limited Company has been launched to consolidate all healthcare activities under one corporate division, where the experience gained by the group in its diverse activities could be put to use to build healthcare institutions that would carry all the hallmarks of the many successful ventures of the Neotia family & the Ambuja Neotia group. This division has been set up by the group’s Chairman, Mr Harshavardhan Neotia.
The Neotia Bhagirathi Woman and Child Care Centre – the super-specialty hospitals at Rawdon Street and New Town – offers the most advanced facilities for women and child health care in eastern India.
An ambitious expansion plan has been charted out which will see each of the verticals of the healthcare division, converted to multi-point resources, or chains, within a strong corporate structure. An effective beginning has already been made with Genome – The Fertility Centre, a clinic catering to infertility treatments with branches across West Bengal, Neotia Getwel Multispecialty Hospital in Siliguri, Neotia Academy Nursing Training Institute – an institute designed to train prospective caregivers and Neotia Mediplus OPD & Diagnostics Clinic in Kolkata.
