Udayan – The Condoville is a JV with the Government of West Bengal, established new benchmarks in Public-Private Partnership to promote social housing and was declared a Model Housing Project by HUDCO. The project offers residential condominium – Utsarg (1 bedroom apartment for LIG) – 263 nos, Utsav (2 bedroom apartment for MIG) – 625 nos, Udita (2 & 3 bedroom apartment, duplex and triplex for HIG) – 706 nos, Town Houses – 12 nos
